NSH is providing career changing opportunities to Bahraini nationals through internationally recognized training.
As a major contractor of the Bapco Modernization Project, NSH (Nasser S. Alhajri Corporation) is providing trade skills training for 500 Bahraini nationals leading to employment opportunities in the construction sector.
Delivered through an internationally recognized training group OGM (NSH) offers Bahraini nationals a sponsored twelve-month training program. Training emphasizes 30% knowledge training by certified trainers sandwiched with 70% “On the job” training providing a deep experience aligned with real project site working experience and requirements.
Trainees are provided courses in English language and Behavioral Soft skills together with an immersed trade craft learning. Ongoing employment is offered to those who successfully meet NSH technical, practical and behavioral standards.
The NSH BMP program is supported by the Bahrain Ministry of Labor recognizing that genuine skills and opportunities for employment delivered by the private sector will deliver jobs for successful graduates. NSH is proud to be a key partner with Bapco, TTSJV and the Ministry of Labor in delivering these programs.

The training programs are open to candidates recommended by the Bahrain Ministry of Labour from a pool of candidates recognised as “unemployed” to ensure social and economic beneficial impact within Bahrain.
