OGM Technical Institute Pty Ltd in partnership with Integrated Training Centre (ITC) successfully delivered the International Train the Trainer course at the ITC premises in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The intensive 7 days course was attended by 18 participants, from our partners in Saudi Arabia which included ITC and THIEP and also NSH/OGM trainers.
The key outcomes from the training course has been
- Participants provided with vocational training methodologies, including adult learning principles to further develop their capacity to train learners in their industry of expertise
- Participants’ skills and knowledge improved to better teach, assess in VET and can now deliver high quality training vocational skills courses
Additionally, the course covered “Presenting with Impact’, which has provided them with the opportunity to become power presenters.
The trainers who have successfully completed the course will now apply their training skills to deliver professional training, at an international level for the trainees at their respective institutes.
