OGM was established to provide internationally recognized workforce training to meet global industry demand for tradecraft skills. OGM aims to create and supply, “work ready” trainees who meet immediate industry requirements in India and worldwide. OGM delivers Australian trade skill vocational training with accredited trainers, contextualised to local industry needs at costs that enable a high volume of trainee graduates. Since 2015 OGM India has trained more than 5,000 workers with a 90% placement rate in India, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and UAE. Post Covid, our numbers are now accelerating.

OGM has also commenced training in Bahrain and was contracted to deliver training for NSH Bahraini employees under the Bahrain Government, “Bapco Modernisation Program” (BMP) comprising 26 batches of 25 employees (650 intake) and graduating 400 plus successful program graduates, who were then employed by NSH across a range of high demand skills including welding, pipe fitting, scaffolding, instrumentation, electrical assistants and safety officers

The program invited unemployed Bahraini nationals through referral from Ministry of Labour to up-skill candidates with skills that would ensure employment to then benefit both trainees and their families while positively contributing to goals of the Bahraini Government to train, support, and drive employment of Bahraini nationals.

Over a three-year period, inclusive of COVID impacts, the BMP program delivered the leading training and employment program for Bahraini nationals within the Kingdom. A wonderful program and result for all parties involved.
