OGM Technical Institute Pty Ltd was established in 2012 to provide internationally recognized workforce training and job placements to meet global industry demand for tradecraft skills. OGM aims to create and supply, “work ready” trainees from South Asia and Asia who meet immediate high demand industry requirements worldwide.

Under the vision and guidance of Dr Ravi Pillai, OGM was established in Perth, Australia in April 2012, and in India in 2015. Significant work was undertaken to introduce, establish and develop pathways for Australian training with requirements matched to meet the workforce shortfalls of construction and energy industries, and more recently introducing pathways for healthcare workers placements into Australia.

OGM internationally accredited trainers deliver vocational training contextualized to local industry needs at low cost enabling higher volumes of trainee graduates. Our key objective is to deliver certified training combining technical and practical experience to produce proven ‘work ready’ trainee graduates.

OGM has trained and placed more than 15,000 workers through established training programs in India, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. OGM has achieved job placements throughout the GCC and from 2022 commenced placement of health care workers with pathways to permanent residency in Australia.
