OGM is linking with partners in India, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Australia offering training and job placements in the healthcare sector in Australia with pathway options to permanent residency for suitable candidates. OGM invites candidates with medical, nursing, allied health and healthcare background qualifications and work, experience to apply for assessment and induction for placement training.

OGM offers an end to end visa to job placement service to suitable applicants from India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. OGM provides employment contracts with Australian homecare, hospitals and healthcare sector partners leading to permanent residency visa pathways. This window provides a low cost smooth transition for nurses, carers and healthcare workers registered in their home countries to find employment leading to permanent residency opportunities in Australia.

OGM with partners will recruit suitably qualified and experienced healthcare workers to enter Australia under the visa subclass 482 program to work as ‘at home’ carers and at hospitals  through OGM job placement partners.  Visa holders may subsequently undertake additional training and development to meet Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) registration within the visa period. Job offers and visa sponsorship categories include both for candidate and immediate family members.
