OGM has assembled accredited trainers under industry linked management partners to deliver vocational training contextualized to local industry needs at low cost enabling higher volumes of trainee graduates. Our key objective is to deliver certified training combining technical and practical experience to produce proven ‘work ready’ trainee graduates.

OGM has trained and placed more than 20,000 workers through established training programs in India, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. OGM has achieved job placements throughout the GCC in the construction, and Oil & Gas sectors through management, engineering, planning, trade skills delivering complete workforce solutions
